This website provides general information about FreshWave Insurance Agency LLC and its insurance services. Nothing on this website is an offer of insurance, a binder, or a guarantee of coverage, rate, or eligibility.

No binding coverage online

Submitting a contact form, quote request, or any other form on this website does not bind, change, renew, or cancel any insurance coverage. Coverage is bound only by an authorized licensed agent under the insurance company's underwriting rules, and a change takes effect only after FreshWave confirms it with your insurance company. The insurance company's policy documents govern your coverage.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep this website accurate and current, but product availability and insurance companies can change. Please confirm current availability with an agent before relying on it.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about FreshWave and to contact us. Please do not:

• give false information or pretend to be someone else;

Client accounts

Client portal accounts are available only to FreshWave clients who are 18 or older and whose identity we have verified. Every client account must use two-step verification to sign in and to recover access. Someone else may use the portal for you only with your authorization or as your legal representative.

The text, design, logos, and images on this website belong to FreshWave or are used with permission. You may view, print, or save pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy or republish them for other purposes without our written permission.

Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, such as state insurance regulators and insurance companies. We do not control those websites, and their own terms and privacy practices apply when you visit them.

Availability
